Patiphone, EB Green Card is given for FUTURE job. H1b is for TEMPORARY workers, and it's max for 6 years. Green Card is for PERMANENT position. Yes, it is for employer who wants to employ somebody indefinite for permanent position.



If it was so, the green card would have belonged to the company, and not the immigrant.
