| How to arrange documents pick up ?? |

I sent a fax at 0114 207 6021 requesting to let me know when my docs are ready to be pick up but have not heard any thing in response.
Can some body please let me know how could I make sure that they notify me for my documents pickup ?
Also do they notify you via email/fax that decision has been made and they are about to dispatch letter. ... |
