| I-485 processing date current, I-140 pending |

| Got my Green Card Yesterday. However my I - 140 is still in pending status. Form the posts here it looks like few such cases existed earlier also. My spouse recd her EAD and AP, however no update on her 485 status. If someone faced a similar situation, can you please let me know how much time it took for the I - 140 status to get updated and your dependents to get Green card ? |
