when did you apply for I-140 and which center?
Click on my username. It will show my cases. You will see two i-140 cases with all the relevant info (centers, etc.). The first one (wrongly filed under EB2) was withdrawn (official USCIS terminology for my case), the second case (correct one under EB3) was approved within 4 weeks of filing. The IO who was processing my second i-140 approved it on a spot. |
