| Changing from EB3 to EB2 |

| based on the current processing times, i would advice that you stay with EB3 category as you have approved I-140 now. just move to next step. if you have not filed 485, you can file in october but that is still okay. if you go back in re-filing the I-140 under EB2, what is you get denied etc. so what you have in hand is better than thinking about EB2. |
