| When we went thru the gc process for my husband a few years ago, yes, we got the gc before we got the ead. We thought it was safer to go ahead and reapply for the ead in case it ran out before he got the gc. We still think that just applying for the ead renewal was what sped up the gc, because he received the interview letter very soon after we sent in the renewal. |
