I did paper filing through my lawyer for both myself and my dependant. I got the approval email for both of us today.
No idea if it's 1 or 2 years but I suspect it's the 1 yr one.
My PD is current now and it's before the end of the month (when they said they'll start the 2-yr EADs).
did you have to do biometrics again for the EAD renewal? now that i think of it, my wife and i did. |
