Hello all I'm trying to renewal my EAD myself I'm realy can't pay my lawyer at this time.
I have only on question:
I filed 485 in Nov 2006 (EB-2) and obviously my status is AOS.
What I have to fill in the section No. 14 of the form which it says manner of last entry?
I appreciate ur help.
If your last entry you used your H1, then H1b, if you used AP, then "paroled".
You can check in the back of your I-94 card. What does it say? H1, AP? |
