| What the heck is going on with I-140s in Nebraska? |

What I heard is that I-140s get approved first. But in any case you need to have both approved. I filed in early August and received approval for I-140 in late Jan 2007. I am still waiting for the I-485. I am not sure that by swithcing to Premium now will help you. The USCIS is currently processing Sep's I-485.
I would suggest that you call the USCIS and ask them about your I-140 right after the processing time moves to the next month. Hang in there. |
