| NBC is where all family based applications are sent, even though your local office does the interviews etc. To check the processing times for an I-485 at NBC you should reference the processing time for your local office. For example, my case was also sent to NBC but I have been told to check the Boston local office for the processing time. That gives you some indication on progress unless you get hung up in NC or something similar. |
