Seems like only Nebraska is entertaining the 180-day memo for the name check pending cases.
My case is at Texas, I replied to RFE more than 80 days ago and haven't got any decision yet. They are holding that just because of the pending name check which is now pending for around 11 months now. According to my lawyer 180-day memo is not the law so its IO's choice whether to follow that or not and we can't push them on using this memo to get the case adjudicated.
I hope I get the approval today, GOD WILLING.
