Thank you for filing your USCIS benefit application electronically. Your application will be electronically transmitted to the USCIS location at the address below for processing. You will receive an official Receipt Notice (Form I-797) within 7-10 days by standard mail with the same Receipt Number found at the top of this page.

Next Steps:

Send supporting documentation to the address below, if required.
For information on required supporting documentation for this application, see the USCIS Form Instructions links listed at the
following Internet address: http://www.uscis.gov.

Initial Evidence and Supporting Documentation Required

See the Instructions for the paper-based Form I-131.

Also see the general instructions for Submitting Supporting Documentation for an e-Filed application and/or petition.

We may request additional information or evidence, or we may request that you appear at a USCIS office for an interview or for fingerprinting.
You must file your application with all the required evidence.
If you do not submit the required evidence, it will delay the issuance of the document you are requesting.
All applications must include a copy of an official photo identity document showing your photo, name, and date of birth. (Example: a valid government-issued driver's license; passport identity page; Form I-551, Permanent Resident Card; or any other official identity document.) The copy must clearly show the photo and identity information. A Form I-94, Arrival/Departure Document, is not acceptable as a photo identity document.

* DO attach one copy of this Confirmation Receipt as a cover page for the supporting documentation that you are submitting.
* DO keep the extra copy of the Confirmation Receipt and the copy of the application for your records.
* DO NOT send a copy of your e-filed application with your supporting documentation.
* DO NOT include any applications or fees with your supporting documentation for this e-filed application.

Failure to submit required supporting documentation will result in processing delays and possibly denial of your petition.
Please mail in any supporting documentation to this address:

The current status of your application/petition must be verified with USCIS.

I didn't send photos, it was listed in the required evidence but as ancientMariner said, they use the info they have from your FP. That's why they sent my son's EAD with the photo of his sister in the card.
I sent his photos along the replacement application but instead, they pulled up the case # and my daughter's photo, fp and signature came up. They used their info and produced the card.
Weird.
