Hello Bluebird,
It's nice to see all things approved and hurdles cleared for you. Since you are from France I have some specific questions that you might be able to help me with. Actually my fiance is in France and is a EU citizen. I (Indian citizen) have my 140 approved and 485 pending.
1) can you tell us if its better for us to get married in France or in US (from immigration prespective).
2)How can I get her the H4 status if we get married in France /or/ US and actually is it really something we need at all?
3)After marriage; is it necessary for her to stay in US while her 485 is filed and pending as a derivative of my pending 485.
I'm just hoping that you might know someone or you yourself must have been part of similar circumstances and I might get some benifit of your experience and advise.
