And, its better if we apply for EC within a weeks time of getting bank statements...
Dear Velu & others, i have a query...
I am planning to go for EC next week. Now, i will be showing hotel bookings for my accomodation purpose.
1. If i apply on say, 8th july, can i ask for a post dated visa say, on august 10th & do the booking for 2 weeks from august 20th? is it okay?
Bcoz, I am doing the booking only for purpose of EC and so I can cancel that once i get the visa. I need to keep sufficient time for that in case the visa gets delayed...Thats the reason.
2. Or, otherwise, if i dont mention any date for my visa start date, and if i give the hotel bookings from august 20th, will that be acceptable?
Kindly clarify my query as this will be very useful for my application...
