My family got fingerprinted today and had pictures taken. The appointment listed I-140 and I765. One of the workers told us to expect our EADs in 90 days. Have any of you recieved yours in less time?
To clear things up. My father is the primary person. His job is sponsoring his green card and we filed i140 and i485 concurrently so they should come around the same time. I start college this fall and I would like to be able to work before then. Any answers or advice welcome. I also have another question. MY drivers license just expired. We are now on "S" status so im not sure whether i can renew it since our visa expired on the 30th but we are still legal here as long as this process is being taken care of. |
