| I 140 recipt notice not received |

My I140 EB3 was filed on 4/2/08. I have not yet received the receipt. This doesnt seem normal..does it?
My employer insists that they will let me know when they receive it. My 180 days of labor approval will be over in a month or so.. what should I do? Does uscis have a set timeline as to by when the receipt must be issued? |
