| Question to people that know about I-551 temporary stamps |

| The problem I have is that my country requires that I renew my passport there and the embassy can only give me a travel document at this time valid for a month. Will they turn me away if I go to an infopass or will they accept the travel document? I am assuming the document has to be valid for the duration of the I-551? Thanks a lot. |
