It doesn't look like it is necessary to have a GC in order to renew Indian passport. Even being in process of AOS
is OK as long as you can document it. EAD is also acceptable. In case the passport has expired, one needs
to fill out an affidavit and may also have to appear for an interview at the consulate or embassy.
I suppose different countries have different requirements. |
