Format of job offer letter!
Hi,

I had filed an expedite request for my EAD. My HR has asked me for a format of the job offer letter , which I am going to send to USCIS.
I need help/suggestions/advice for the foll:

1. Can anyone give me the format ?
2. Shoud I fax the docs or send it by mail?
3. The fax no to send the docs .

Please help me out!
