your son/daughter are eligible as persons of indian origin so you will need to get PIO cards for them, your grandson/granddaughter will definitely need OCI. as aPIO he can buy sell properties, cannot vote and other things like apply for govt services. however, that is India, i know a person who has citizen ship of a another country and was in govt services, education as a regular indian as well. |
