Questions I wanted to ask to that IO: (obviously she just wanted to cut this call)
I heard that cases already pre-adjudicated may - if lucky - get their GC, in times like this. can you tell me is my case pre-adjudicated?
True or False: Processing times are the ones for cases already filed and VB is for cases waiting to file.
If true then my case is within your processing dates, could you please let me know when would be my turn?

'Pre-adjudicated' doesn't mean that visa number was assigned to the case. It's just mean they finished work on your case, and all they need is a visa number. But because EB3 will be 'U' till October, your case can not be approved.
Yes, processing times are for those cases which were filed. VB is not only for waiting to file, but also for approval. A lot of guys are outside of processing times already, but VB turned 'U' till the end of fiscal year, and their applications won't be approved until then :( |
