If you are from India and under EB3, plase stop wasting time arguing with those who will jump ahead in the line and try to keep you there. Write to your congressman and get as much support you can get. This is our only chance to bring some justice to our cause.
I have sent a copy of this bill (H.R.5921) to the CEO of my company of 2,700 employees. I did not think he would even read it. He sent me a reply the next day and copied the presidents and VP's of all divisions to write to our local congressmen. He truly feels that I am an asset to his company and that why he is stongly behind. His office sent a strong letter stating that the per country quota in EB category is discriminatory and if employers cannot discriminate anyone on country of origin so why would USCIS? At least 35 of my office mates have also mailed out letters to congressmen because they feel this law is unjust.
Please do all you can to stir support for the bill unless you want to spend a lifetime in Trackitt. |
