Hello Mate
I have b it digged in to this .As far as I understand , next april that tier 2 will kick in 50 point point based system.If you are a current HSMP then there is no change as such.But if they decide some thing different I don't think they will largely deviate from what it is from now (75 points system).Another fact is when apply , we agree to accept any changes.Please read the changes section which i have some more bits documented.
I am afraid If we decide we have to live with it.
