| What the heck is going on with I-140s in Nebraska? |

| My I-140 was approved on April 24 and I received approval letter, but uscis web site shows my case as "received on October 16 and pending...." Do I need to contact with uscis to correct this information? I am just worry that this may reflect my I-485 approval if system still shows that I-140 still pending. Any suggestions would be helpful. |
