| Our PD is October 2002, and I-485 was filed in September '04. When our PD was current in June this year, we were told our case is pending name check clearance since November '05. We had an appointment with IO and he told us this and said there is no resolution time for it. Is is true that we really cannot take any action and know when our name check could be cleared. People who applied way after us have got their GCs. How long do we have to wait? Where can we get an answer to the name check clearance? Any inputs will be greatly appreciated. |
