draj - Not sure I understand your Q.
Did you mean the priority by which approvals are happening? The short answer is "it's all over the place", I don't think there is any consistency in the way uscis is approving cases or its too complex to fathom from the outside. It also depends in the individual filing circumstances... but usually the cases are supposed to be processed by RD in each category EB1, EB2 and EB3 with preference of visa availability in the same order. But it seems lately that older cases (PD) are getting approved outside of the VB processing dates, which is good for some folks who have waited the longest. I am sure others who have been following this maze longer can add further insight. |
