| What the heck is going on with I-140s in Nebraska? |

| I was thinking about that too. It's been 254 days since I filed for both cases. My lawyer discoraged me though, in her thoughts soon I will hear from USCIS. I also heard that there is a huge backlog in Nebraska, though Vermont is even slower. They are still in april of 06, whereas Nebraska is in August. Texas center deserves a Hi-5 though, they are already in Feb 2007. Good job for Texas center! let's keep our fingers crossed. |
