why should it take an avergae of 10 months to be re-untied with your spouse?
I was under the understanding that one could be in Canada as a tourist but not work during the visa processing. Is this correct or is there a provision to allow for people to work? I understand that 10 months is hard too, it is incredibly hard for me because I live just three hours from my spouse and we see each other every two weeks and every time it gets harder to say goodbye. I mean I love that we get to see eachother alot, but still, it's difficult.
