| Substitute I-140 in concurrent I-140/I-485, Can I do this???? |

I applied for I-140/I-485 concurrently to adjust me and my wife, My I-140 received an RFE about ability to pay and I am not sure that the company will be able to respond. My wife has an approved I-140 and will be able to apply for the I-485 on 7/1/07 when the visa is available.
Can I change my I-140 in this concurrent I-140/I-485 case for her approved I-140??? (this will save me money in filling a new I-485 and several months waiting) |
