My question was NOT "will the FBI go by my request if I say ASAP", it was "if the credit card is charged, does that mean it is being processed as opposed to being left on a big pile?". However, thank you for your ATTEMPT to help. Anyway, the question is still open to more knowledgeable users of the site. |
