| WARNING submitting your IT Return Document as Earning Proof RECHECK |
|
Hi guys,
I had Send the file from Chandigarh India on June 4th.
Home Office Deducted money from credit card on June 8th, 2007
Got the reference number from Home Office UK on June 13, 2007 from
Work permits, HSMP"
And finally got the letter from HSMP Team on July 3 2007.
But the application was refused and you know guys why?.... Sad
Reason for refusal says:
The Income Tax Department Acknowledgement you supplied is not acceptable because, the acceptable tax return from India is the Saral.
This means that "the information with HSMP team regarding the changes in Income Tax Return forms of India is not updated".
So when your are submitting your HSMP application please be care full while giving your IT Return as Previous Earning Proof.
Do mention that the Saral Form has been replaced by 8 new ITR forms by Income-Tax Department of India.
When you file your IT return with these new forms one gets an ACKNOWLEDGMENT receipt. This is sent along with the application, which HSMP team is not aware of.
This provision has been introduced in new Finance Bill for 2007-2008 by Income Tax Dept of India.
Please make sure you give appropriate details about the new changes in ITR forms else they will reject your application too and unnecessarily you will have to get into review process.
Thanks and regards,
Jitendra Soni |
