| 2 years clearance seems rather very optimistic from New Delhi Post. An authenticated job offer from Canadian employer ( under HRDC guidline) might expedite the processing time . Your employer must attach a covering letter "why they need your services in priority basis" . Please understand that the consultants / barristers can not influence CIC. Their role is to ensure that the required documents are in order ( pre-submission) and no additionsl delay will happen ( other than sequential time line for respective CIC Posts) due to incomplete forms / missing supporting documents . |
