| hey all - this should give you some releif. I sent my passport in on Dec 3rd and have still not received it. I e-mailed them to ask where my passport was. And they said that they had a higher than usual volume of passports to process and they needed 2 more weeks than the usual estimated processing time of 15 work days. That comes up to one month. I hope this helps relieve the sense of "not knowing". |
