How long does a Service Request takes to be answered?
My 140 was received on 10/02/06, RFE reply on 7/30/07, no responses from USCIS to date.
My lawyer sent an SR on 11/15/07, but no responses yet. How long does it take for USCIS to receive the SR and reply?
