| My perm file on 10/31/2007 and audit response time on 12/28/2007. |

Dose any one have the same situation as mine?
The lawyer filed my perm on 10/31/2007 and in the early Dec. received the audit notification.
The audit reason is that my job title is not require a master degree. My job title is "****database developer" and DOL thinks it is not require a master degree.
We send "business necessity" from my employer and some proved documents.
The lawyer sent out the audit files on 12/28/2007.
Question:
1. How long will we receive the response from DOL?
2. Is any website that we can check the status with ETA # start with A? |
