Well you are right.
you need to have 4-5 years UK experience to reach for 40k.(this is my own understanding) expereince in your countries , they dont bloody care at all.
well i think arrounf 30-40% get more than 40K.thats when you settle for good jobs here
well day rate is rubbish , its not consistant.so dont reply on that
look for full time jobs
also its more compliavcated to provide evidence of such contract work as it go through few people in administration
