| Normal processing time is 120 days to receive a decision after employer (attorney) submits reponse to an audit. If a case exceeds a designated normal processing time, the employer/attorney can submit an email inquiry to the appropriate processing center with case information (filing date, audit response date, # of days since audit response was sent, etc.) |
