My perm file on 10/31/2007 and audit response time on 12/28/2007.
my perm was filed on 6/8 and audit reply was sent on 10/18. Then in 2 months received another audit which was replied on 12/28... DOL is just auditing to seek more time so 140 backlog can be pushed a little bit.
