Buffalo : Notarized Photocopies
I contacted library. They said one of the branch had the notary and he could notarize by free, but except immingration documents.

I also contacted another branch of TD Canada Trust, and the stuff said they couldn't "notarize" but could "certify" by free.
However, notarize and certify are different, right?
