Is processing times based on Notice Date ?
The Processing times which is due for update anytime now.
Is it based on ND or RD ?
My RD is July 17, but ND is Aug 15 and when I call up on phone or check status, it says ON AUG 15, we received your 485.

So it looks like this ND is really the internal RD .

Any opinions ???? experiences ???
