I got a RFE from local office after the interview about pay stubs and there is a n officer name at the bottom...should I mail it with mentioning the officer name on the mailing address or it should be enough to mention the local office address given the possiblity of non availabilty of the officer in the office for some reason so somebody else can open it and process it?or it is better to be directed to that officer who did the interview and know our case?

To the officer. Because if the officer is on vacation, your case still need to wait after he/she returns to work anyway.

Just wanted to know how many days after the interview did you get an RFE? We had our interview this month and the IO mentioned about issuing an RFE if needed. |
