Hi,

Did anyone get his/her PERM approved whose priority date was back in June 2017 and audit was issued?

June Audit is stagnant :( Out of the 1600 or so only 499 have been processed. Not sure how long we 'll have to wait

I also observed the same thing. No approvals are coming from the June PERM audits on trackitt. I would really appreciate if you can also answer one more question for me!!!
My Priority Date is in the last week of June and audit was issued after 4 months i.e. last week of October (typically the response comes in 3 months) and audit response was submitted in the mid of November. Today its been a total of 244 days that my PERM is still pending approval. The iCERT website shows that Department of Labor (DOL) is currently reviewing the June 2017 cases so, does that mean my case will also get reviewed shortly?
I am asking this because I threw the same question to my Attorney and she replied that since she responded back in November 2017 there would be still a few more months before we can get approval. I think she is misleading me or she is not aware of the processing times. She may be thinking that because of the fact that for some of my colleagues it took 5 months after the audit response was submitted but for them their audit was issued within 3 months of the priority date but in my case it took 4 months to issue the audit. So my understanding is that the total times matter which in my case has been 244 days already.
Please reply and guide. Thanks in advance.

On your original question, I received an approval yesterday (2/23) on a June 2017 audit. It took 260 days. On your second question, your attorney is probably guessing (as we all are) about the basis on which DOL picks up cases. Ultimately the only guide we have is what DOL tells us about average processing days and the month that it is purporting to review but people have theories within that. Some people think it matters when the audit was responded to in addition to everything else. That's might be what she was referencing. Frankly, I think it's all random and the processing times are just guidelines, in any event. I saw people wait shorter periods for approvals than me and I saw people wait a lot longer. Furthermore, in the time between me getting my audit and getting my approval, the average waiting times went up by a month. We just don't know what they are going to do. Hope that explanation answers your question.
