Does Anyone know if any approvals for Jan 2008 Audit applications have started. I've seen cases till Dec 28 2007 getting approved.

Did anyone receive any updates from their attorney regarding the status of Jan 2008 Audit cases? Are they seeing any approvals or delays? It seems like the approvals have stagnated over the last week. I have also reached out to my attorney to get an update and will share once I hear back.

Got courtesy mail from my employer that mu case is reviewed by the certifying officer and will be approved. Good luck to all of you!
