Hi,

is there a way i could get a copy of the labor certification that my employer filed in 2003? does DOL provide us with the copies if i explain them that the same LC was used to file my GC?

foia seems to take months.

Labor Cert is the property of the company that filed for it. If you can get an approval from them, your lawyer might be able to give it you.

Try any of this:

G-639
FOIA
Infopass .

Better if you at least have receipt number for LC. You can try flcdatacenter.com also.

to r2bond:

Do you know if we can file G-639 for I 140 and I 485 filing info as well.

Usually how long does it take to go G-639 route?

Thanks
