I am 2.5 years in to my h1B... i have bachelors degree from india and Masters from US univ. I have total 5 years of experience....I am starting my GC process and my emplyer is putting an ad as "Masters degree PREFERRED and bachelors required with additional experience can be considered for dgree"

My question is if Masters degree is preferred (instead of required) can I apply in EB2.....

Also I am doing my MBA and expecting it to be completed in1.5 years... I would be promoted as a manager then.... Do I have to apply again for GC again from beginnig......in that case I will have Masters degree from US and will I be able to apply in EB1.....and avoid labor cert.....
Is there a better way to go about in my situation..... I would greatly appreciate any good advice......

Thanks in advance....

to devaaa:

BS+5 is equivalent to MS+2 for EB2 to the best of my knowledge. I applied under BS+5 EB2.
