Hi Everyone,
After LC, job advertisement, as my lawyer just about to file my PERM, we got a shocking news from my previous employer that he can only provide me 10.5 months employment status with them (I asked them first and they ok it.). But the job advertisement states 1 year requirement.
Now, I am able to provide another 2 month experience from another employer but I didn't mention this to my lawyer before since I figure we won't be needing it.
My lawyer hasn't get back to me on how to deal with the situation. Would anyone here have any suggestions on what i should do? Do we need to redo the whole thing?
