Here is the reply by my lawyer a week ago:
According to official information, current processing time for PERM applications with DOL is anywhere from 8 - 9 months. While we are just about at that timeframe now, we are still waiting on the adjudication of many cases filed prior to December 2008. According to the latest DOL report, those matters filed prior to November 2008 are being adjudicated at this time, although only cases filed prior to June 2008 are considered "beyond the standard processing time". Those are for cases without audit. We are to continuing to closely monitor and will advise as soon as we have further information regarding the pending application.

to PERM0904:
All PERM (i.e. to become a permanent resident) applications are only handled at Atlanta Center.

My lawyer mentioned my PERM case number as T-09xxx-2xxx4 and the priority date given as Feb 2009. Could anyone let me know which processing center will handle my case?
I heard that T means Temporary case number. But the actual case number starts with either A (Atlanta) or C (Chicago), correct me if I am wrong.
My legal filed my PERM thru online and she said she dont know which processing center will handle my case.
Appreciate your comments on this

I think the ICERT numbers contain more digits than the A-xxxxx-xxxxx numbers, which were issued before the Icert was implemented. And, there is really no information on these a-xxxxx-xxxxx numbers as far as my knowledge goes.
