Hi,
I am planning to apply my Green card. But before that I have a question.
As per my job requirement, it says as below:
Requirement:
i ) Bachelor degree in technology related field.
In the detailed experience the job seeked, it says as below:
i) Five years of experience with installing, maintaining servers.
ii) Three years of practical experience in routing and network security.
I had both Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related work experience before I started my job. It will be nice if I can know under which category I will be filing my Green card. Will it be EB2 or EB3 ?
Also, it will be nice if you can let me let me know some good attorneys for the process.
Thanks

Google should be your best friend for Immigration attorneys.
Regarding EB2 or Eb3. You should fall under Eb2, if you have that mentioned experience. Regarding wage, your wage should be equal or greater than the prevailing wage.
Immigration attorney will help you on this. he should know better. Contact Immigration attorney

Hi fellow immigrants,
I have a question if any one as gone through a similar situation and can help me it will be great.
I have an approved EB3 Labor and I have not yet applied for i-140 yet, but I intend to apply for i-140 for EB3 soon. On the other hand I have enough experience to be illegible for Eb2. I was informed by my lawyer that I am not illegible for EB2 class because I do not have a degree which is directly related to my job. He says that even though the job requires only 5 or more years of experience and a bachelors degree I still need a degree directly related to my job offer otherwise the labor will be dis-approved. Has anyone gone through a similar issue?
