Hi folks,
I have an associates and a bachelors degree which helped me get the h1b and the labor approved for eb3. Since I ave enough experience I can try for a new job and a new labor for eb2. Unfortunately, my lawyer says since it a computer related job and you have non-computer undergrad you cannot or do not fall under eb2. Please enlighten me if anyone else has gone through a similar situatin.
