I have recently filed 130/485/131/765 concurrently for parents at chicago lock box address.
We are stationed at LA, CA.
(a) At what sites and where should I be tracking the progress of these applications.
(b) Which local offices/Centers of USICS would be relevant to check Processing times.

If you have the receipt number, you can track your applications at:
https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/caseStatusSearchDisp...
If you used personal checks, receipt number can be seen on the back of the check image provided by online banking. Using this method, yesterday I received two MSC-08-333-xxxxx numbers (one for I-130 and one for I-485) but as of today they are not retrieving any data. If you did not use personal checks, wait for the notice of action by mail which will contain the receipt numbers.
Can anyone tell how long it takes those numbers to get active?

I filed my application on July 23 and received the NOA a couple days later. My receipt numbers still don't work on the website. I have called USCIS several times and each time they give different answers. The only thing I can conclude is that there is no guarantee that it will ever appear online. But you can certainly call them and find out the status.
